Slow night for real estate rates

30-year fixed rate at 6.23%; 10-year Treasury yield at 4.77%

Long-term mortgage interest rates were mostly flat Thursday, and the benchmark 10-year Treasury bond yield dropped to 4.77 percent. The 30-year fixed-rate average remained at 6.23 percent, and the 15-year fixed rate dipped to 5.9 percent. The 1-year adjustable climbed to 5.63 percent.
