Long-term mortgage interest rates increased Monday, and the benchmark 10-year Treasury bond yield held at 4.46 percent. The 30-year fixed-rate average climbed to 6.02 percent, and the 15-year fixed rate increased to 5.7 percent. The 1-year adjustable also increased to 5.65 percent.
