Overnight real estate rates rise again

Long-term mortgage interest rates rose again Friday, and the benchmark 10-year Treasury bond yield decreased to 3.77 percent. The 30-year fixed-rate average climbed to 5.81 percent, and the 15-year fixed rate increased to 5.24 percent. The 1-year adjustable rate, however, dipped to 4.96 percent.
