Brokerage Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of the Broward Office Flex Portfolio in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., for a price of $22.2 million.
Mizzen LLC purchased the portfolio, which includes three sites totaling 207,737 square feet, from Jamie Danburg.
The portfolio is situated on approximately 17 acres and includes office, showroom and warehouse space.
These sites are within a one-mile radius of the Cypress Creek office and industrial submarket and are referred to as: Cypress Creek Executive Court at 2700 W Cypress Creek Road; Powerline Business Center at 5601 N Powerline Road; and Cypress Creek Business Park II at 6555 N Powerline Road.
