Long-term mortgage interest rates were unchanged Friday, and the benchmark 10-year Treasury bond yield fell to 3.44 percent. The 30-year fixed-rate average stayed at 5.75 percent, and the 15-year fixed rate held at 5.27 percent. The 1-year adjustable rate, however, gained to 5.32 percent.
