Virginia bank building hits $309 PSF

A small group of private investors recently paid $8.7 million for a 28,161-square-foot office building in Chantilly, Va. According to GVA Advantis, which brokered the deal, the property is known as the Virginia Commerce Bank Building and is located at 4221 Walney Road in the Route 28 South submarket. It is a five-story, class B asset built in 1987.
