The PRES Cos., a Newport Beach, Calif.-based real estate investment and development firm, recently announced that three industrial buildings totaling 38,500 square feet within its newly completed Temecula Corporate Center have been sold to Garmon Corp. for an undisclosed price.
The buildings are at 27461, 27497 and 27503 Via Industria, and are situated within Westside Business Center, which is located off of Winchester Road in Temecula, Calif.
Recently completed, Temecula Corporate Center is a 187,000-square-foot, class A project that encompasses office, flex tech and industrial buildings for sale. Garmon Corp. will occupy the entire industrial portion of the project. The remaining available units include office buildings with a wide range of sizes starting from 2,166 square feet, including a fully improved 22,522-square-foot building. Flex tech units range in size from 3,992 square feet to 11,955 square feet.
Garmon, a manufacturer of nutritional pet supplies including products such as the NaturVet, GreenTree and Pet Organics lines of pet products, chose the project primarily for its location.
