The Ridglea Bank Building in Fort Worth, Texas, has sold for an undisclosed amount, brokerage Holliday Fenoglio Fowler L.P. announced today.

GNL Properties purchased the 181,601-square-foot office building from a partnership between Dallas-based Cawley Partners and New York-based Greenstreet Real Estate Partners.

Located at 6300 Ridglea Place, the 12-story property is located off Camp Bowie Boulevard and has 594 parking spaces and garden-like landscaping.

At the time of sale, the property was 98 percent leased.
