Brokerage Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial recently announced it handled two retail lease deals in California’s San Diego County for $5.5 million.

In the first transaction, Comerica Bank signed a lease for 51,836 square feet at the intersection of Breeze Hill Road and Melrose Drive in San Diego. The lease, valued at $3.1 million, is for a term of 240 months. DD/Breeze Hill LLC owns the space.

In the second deal, Beverages & More Inc. leased 10,000 square feet in the city of Escondido for $2.4 million. The space, owned by WGA EVC LP, is located at 1346-1366 West Valley Parkway. The lease term is 120 months.
