Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial recently announced it brokered the $5.8 million sale of Morena Vista Corporate Center in San Diego.

Located at 4375 Jutland Drive, the two-story, multitenant office building totals 31,530 rentable square feet and includes covered parking. The property will be 100 percent leased to four tenants, according to a press statement.

The Morena Vista Corporate Center, originally constructed in 1991, is situated on 2.86 acres.

Marlin Group Inc. sold the property to Pite Duncan LLP, which will relocate its law firm into the building.
