Inman News will also be announcing new video and editorial content in the coming months.

"These promotions, new columnists and content represent our commitment to providing our readers with more opinion, perspective and new ways of viewing real estate information," said Inman News CEO Don Belanger. "We are recommitting ourselves to being the leading source of technology news for the real estate industry. In this market, our readers need the best business intelligence and perspective that is out there," he said.

These moves come as longtime editor Jessica Swesey is leaving Inman News to pursue a new opportunity.

"We are building on Jessica’s work at Inman News and while we are sad to see her go, we wish her all the best in her new pursuits," said Belanger.

"It’s been such a great journey leading the Inman News team. I’ll miss the entire staff, and also the readers and sources that have made this job so much fun. The real estate industry is full of intelligent, colorful and interesting people whom I hope to keep in touch with in the future," said Swesey, who will continue as a consultant for Inman News.
