"In any business, you lead, follow or get out of the way. This is a great example of deciding on leadership and blazing a trail for others to follow. I agree with Tony Floyd [Sr. VP at Prudential Georgia] that tackling a project of this magnitude should not be entered into haphazardly. Making certain that content, production and presentation are all of network broadcast quality is key to the credibility of these videos for consumers.
