Episode 36: Search engine optimization (SEO) is only as effective as the quality of your online content, real estate broker Frank LLosa contends in this episode of The Wheel Estate Cam.

While some websites include streams of seemingly nonsensical terms that are included simply for the aim of higher rankings on search engines, LLosa said it’s more important to focus on conversion rate than traffic volume.

"I’d rather have 100 people come to my site and 10 people contact me than have a site full of garbage that has 10,000 people coming to it and none, or even one, person contacts me," LLosa says.

"Start with good content. Good content gets traffic, and that traffic converts."
