Realogy subsidiary Sotheby’s International Realty has launched an ad campaign that delivers property photos via an iPad app.
The luxury real estate company worked with mobile ad platform Medialets to launch the promotion, which is featured on The New York Times iPad add and initially includes properties in New Zealand, Mexico, Maine, New Mexico, Italy and Hawaii — additional properties will be rotated in throughout the campaign.
The ads, which appear at different times on the app as either banner, sidebar or full-page ads, allow viewers to tap and "swipe" through colorful photos of the properties within the ad. Through the full-page ad, the viewer can also tap "View Property" to connect to the Sotheby’s International Realty site.
The campaign runs from Feb. 1 through May 31.
