Baird Warner expands in Chicago suburbs

Chicago-based Baird & Warner Real Estate has acquired brokerage F.C. Pilgrim & Co., saying the addition of the company's 37 agents ups its market share to 20 percent in Oak Park and surrounding communities.Renee Naffziger, managing broker for Baird & Warner's Oak Park Office, will assume responsibility for the combined sales operations, the company said.F.C.
