Homes.com is offering a new integrated marketing platform to agents and brokers that allows them to import their social media contacts into their prospect manager, generate market reports for clients, and manage their website using one login.
Homes.com’s Homes Connect real estate marketing platform also offers Virtual Office Website (VOW) capabilities to both brokers and agents in more than 50 markets, with plans to expand to 150 markets in coming months.
The platform also provides Internet Data Exchange (IDX) search in more than 650 MLS markets, pulling local MLS data for comparative market analysis (CMA), neighborhood, and buyer and seller reports.
Homes Connect integrates with Homes.com, allowing users to manage leads and featured listings, view advertising reports, and answer consumer questions posted by consumers on Homes.com’s Q&A Community.
The platform employs a customizable "gadget" dashboard inspired by iGoogle, allowing users to monitor their leads, manage a to-do list, and keep an eye on Twitter.
Homes.com will unveil Homes Connect during a webinar at 1 p.m. Eastern Time on Tuesday, Aug. 23.
