National title insurance and escrow services provider Title365 Co. has expanded to Texas, opening an office in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area, the company announced.

Title365 Co. says it will also be expanding to Arizona in coming weeks, and opening several more offices in the Dallas area and other Texas cities including San Antonio, Austin and Houston.

In April, the company launched the newest version of its Title365.com platform, which allows real estate professionals and consumers to track orders from start to finish in real time via the platform’s new "OrderTrac" feature, which provides real-time updates via email or text message.

Title365.com customers can research millions of properties, view and obtain recorded documents, access integrated aerial mapping for visual searching, pull good faith estimates of title and escrow fees, print and share property reports, connect via social media tools, and open and manage orders online.

Licensed in 35 states and based in Newport Beach, Calif., Title365 Co recently changed its name from Advantage Title Inc. in California. The company does business as Title365 in Florida and Title365 Agency of New York in New York. Experience 1 Inc. is the holding company for 365Title Co. and Title365 Inc.

Licensed Texas escrow officer and attorney Gregory Roddy will be in charge of Title365 Co.’s operations in Texas. Roddy was formerly a director of title and settlement services at Altisource Portfolio Solutions and chief operating officer at Premium Title Services Inc., a division of Altisource.

Title insurance industry veteran Charles Scott will serve as vice president and area manager in the Dallas area. He was formerly an assistance vice president at Fidelity National Title.
