Philadelphia company wants to be 'YouTube for homebuyers'

A Philadelphia real estate investor has teamed up with two videographers to offer real estate professionals high definition video tours at set prices, posting the videos on the company's website, HomeJab.com, and promoting them virally through social media channels like Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. HomeJab.com videos can also be embedded into website listings and marketing materials, with leads automatically emailed to Realtors. The website, which currently features a database of properties available in the Philadelphia region, aims to become “the YouTube for homebuyers.” HomeJab.com’s principals are Joe Jesuele, a local real estate investor, and videographers Christopher Jesuele and Richard Barton. Single video tours are priced at $95 each. A $149-per-month “Pro Subscription” option provides up to three videos per month and unbranded links for MLSs. A Premium Subscription package providing up to six videos a month is also available for $277 per month....
