A new agent-focused iPad app from a la mode Inc. allows real estate agents to tap into MLS data and market analytics even when they don’t have Internet access, helping them advise clients on pricing their listings and making offers in the field.

The RE:Focus Analytics app has direct access to listing and sales data through a la mode’s contracts with multiple listing services and Realtor associations that serve more than 500,000 licensed salespeople nationwide.

“Almost every agent has lost at least one deal because of an unrealistic buyer or seller,” said Dustin Moore, a la mode’s president of real estate solutions, in a statement. “RE:Focus is the quickest, most compelling way for agents to show clients what the best asking prices and offers are, with data to back it all up.”

In addition to “hyper-local” MLS property search, off-market data, and property comparison tools, the app builds charts and graphs, and can share reports to social media, blogs and other websites. The app’s “lenses” allow agents to comb through information with or without a Wi-Fi or data connection

The app is available for iOS tablets including the iPad mini, for $49 per month, per agent.
