Global real estate franchisor Re/Max LLC has signed a marketing agreement with Trulia that will give its 90,000 agents branded profiles on the real estate search portal, a first for the site.

Profiles of Re/Max agents on Trulia will include some information automatically updated from the Re/Max website. Re/Max agents’ Trulia profiles will also include the Re/Max logo — a first for Trulia agent profiles. Up until now Trulia agent profiles have been unbranded, said Ginger Wilcox, director of industry marketing at Trulia.

The new agreement, which also provides training for Re/Max agents on Trulia’s marketing tools, “kicks up a notch” a previous agreement the companies signed in 2011, Wilcox said.

Trulia will get additional exposure to Re/Max agents with emails, events and special trainings, Wilcox said.

Currently, the deal doesn’t include any Trulia marketing product discounts for Re/Max agents, Wilcox said, but the companies are in discussion about possible promotional deals.
