Hoping to keep more new real estate agents in the business long enough to celebrate their second anniversary, Century 21 Canada has rolled out a 31-day, email-driven course that the franchisor says will give them the practical skills they need to bring in more leads faster. All new Century 21 Canada agents will be automatically enrolled in CareerXpress, which consists of more than 300 pages of instruction broken down into 31 lessons that build on each other. An "extremely high percentage" of real estate agents don't last two years in the business, the company said. Experienced Realtors can also benefit from CareerXpress by making sure they're up to date on the latest sales techniques and best practices, the company said.
