We’re joined today by Chris Leavitt, from Bravo TV’s breakthrough reality show, “Million Dollar Listing Miami.” Leavitt is an extremely successful businessman in his own right, with honors such as being the top real estate broker at Douglas Elliman, and he holds national records for property brokerage dollar amounts in certain geographic regions.

Leavitt focuses on selling condos — in 2014 he made four of the top 10 condo sales, pulling in over $120 million in sales. In terms of competitive selling, he sold more condos last year than any other broker in Florida!
