Many agents and brokers are not very good at analyzing their return on investment (ROI) with online advertising, but others are. Inman is surveying our readership to help us better understand which agents and brokers are successful and why they get a positive ROI on their online ads.

Some agents complain that there is no ROI, so they stopped advertising with the portals. Others quietly brag that ads on Zillow and are paying off.

Please take a few minutes to fill out the survey which Inman is conducting with the help of Columbia MBA student Brandon Cohen, who will soon be releasing a report on the subject of online real estate ROI, specifically examining the return on Zillow ads.

We will publish the results of the survey and Cohen’s report later this month. One participant will be randomly selected to win an iPhone 6s.
