Gibson International announced the opening of its fourth office in greater Los Angles in Santa Monica’s Montana Avenue district. Top-producing Westside broker Tara Rodgers-Culbertson will lead the operation as manager of Gibson International Santa Monica.
South Orange County native and architect Chris Tebbutt joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties as a Realtor-Sales Associate in its Laguna Beach office.
“With his bachelor of architecture degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, Chris is a real estate agent who combines his local expertise, extensive knowledge of design and construction, and strong negotiating skills to be an invaluable resource for clients,” branch manager Jim Vermilya said in a statement.
Michael Muzzy was brought on as a Realtor-Sales Associate with the Weir Properties team at the Corona del Mar office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties.
“It’s one thing to be a salesperson, but Michael is a people person who genuinely loves working with others,” branch manager Scott MacDonald said. “Michael spends time getting to know clients and their family, while also providing a service that exceeds expectations.”
Yardi, a Santa Barbara-based software provider, announces it will expand and open an office at The Offices at The Collection in Oxnard, California.
