On April 29, the Board of Directors of the California Association of Realtors voted to support a $1.3 billion proposal by California Assembly members to provide more affordable housing programs.

San Francisco home prices fluctuate regularly by month and even season-to-season, according to Paragon Real Estate Group’s May report, which saw median sales prices rising noticeably in the spring and fading off in the summer between 2012 and 2015.

San Francisco ranked third on the fastest moving markets list in Trulia’s recent report on the nation’s fastest moving housing markets, but also second on the list for the biggest slowdown in home sales annually.
