In case you missed part 1, we continue today by talking about the necessity of a schedule. But not the grueling, slave-away, lock-yourself-in-a-room-for-eight-hours kind of schedule. No!

However, you must ace the three to five things every day that make you money during that all important morning time block. The accumulation effect will bring massive results.

Be honest. Why did you get into real estate? Almost every agent says three things: freedom, no boss and the ability to earn a lot of money.

But sadly, very few agents achieve the last one. Why? Because the money is found in having a schedule, discipline and accountability.

Don’t just go through the motions, though. Really commit to that morning schedule. But just like with exercising, you gotta start slow!

Trying to put in three to four hours of solid lead generation time when you’ve barely picked up the phone or knocked on a door in months — maybe years — is a mistake.

Start with small increments, and work your way up, otherwise you’ll burn out. The momentum you gain will turn into cash flow, and you’ll be on your way to financial freedom and truly having no boss.
