“Today’s clients demand an exceptional experience from their real estate professional, and this premium technology suite delivers all the necessary products and services to meet these demands,” he added.

EliteAgent includes Digital Ink, Record-Connect, ListFlash, and zipForm Mobile — four existing zipLogix products that provide digital signature support, data auto-population for listings using national public tax databases, instant sharing of just-signed listings to agents’ social profiles, and on-the-go transaction management via a mobile app.

The suite also includes five new products — an Elite Agent Customer Care VIP support line, a two-step authentication client data protection tool, a special zipForm seat license that grants agents’ assistants access to transaction information, a library that houses Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) records and addendum data, and an agent on-boarding tool that gets new users up to speed.

EliteAgent costs $189 per year and integrates with zipLogix’s other technology suites, such as zipCRM, zipForm MLS-Connect, and zipForm Plus, the company’s original transaction management platform for brokerages, teams, and individual agents.

ZipLogix CEO Scott Strong told Inman his team is already working on adding more features to EliteAgent, which includes a tool that helps agents field multiple offers.

“Currently in development are several new additions that will further increase the value of this premium product,” he wrote in an emailed statement. “There are pipeline plans for an offer tool as well as other success-enhancing components that streamline workflows and increase speed to sale.”

“Once an agent becomes an EliteAgent by zipLogix user, they will have continued access to a constant flow of new premium features,” Strong added.
