Motto Mortgage, the mortgage franchise from RE/MAX, announced on Wednesday that it’s equipping its franchises with customer relationship management tool and marketing solutions from fintech startup Total Expert. 

Motto Mortgage, the national mortgage franchise from parent company RE/MAX Holdings, announced on Wednesday that is now equipping its franchisees and loan officers with a customer relationship management tool (CRM) and additional marketing solutions from fintech startup Total Expert.

“Our independent franchise owners join the Motto Mortgage network because we provide the infrastructure they need to grow and diversify their businesses,” said Ward Morrison, Motto Franchising, LLC president. “Total Expert is the brain that drives our marketing and sales engine that is at the core of our affiliated mortgage brokerage and real estate services model.

“It empowers our franchisees to build their own personalized marketing programs with their co-marketing partners, while helping ensure brand consistency and regulatory compliance,” Morrison added.

Morrison, in a statement, praised Total Expert’s vision for its system and its system’s flexibility, calling it, “spot on for this industry.”

With Total Expert’s Marketing Operating System, loan officers can build digital and print marketing campaigns with audit-ready compliance and brand controls built into the platform. Using the platform’s data, officers can personalize materials for each customer.

Total Expert will offer the solutions through powering Motto’s back-end platform, MottoSpark. The CRM tool will automatically track payments, distributions and cost allocations with co-marketing partners while simultaneously providing compliance reports.

“With our first-of-its-kind Marketing Operating System, Motto Mortgage loan officers can run online and offline marketing from anywhere for themselves and their co-marketing partners,” Woodard added. “And new Motto Mortgage network loan officers can get set up on the system without ever touching a keyboard, only a mouse.”

Motto Mortgage is part of the RE/MAX family of brands. RE/MAX has sold over 100 franchises with more than 70 offices open in 30 states since it announced the mortgage brand’s launch in October 2016, according to the company’s most recent earnings report.

RE/MAX has been working on a new, end-to-end real estate platform for its real estate franchises, but that has not yet included tech solutions for Motto Mortgage.
