EXp Realty announced Wednesday at its shareholder summit in Orlando, that the company is bringing its virtual cloud-based tech-focused brokerage to four more provinces in Canada, giving it a total company footprint of seven Canadian provinces.

EXp Realty is officially live in Saskatchewan as of the announcement, with Quebec, Newfoundland and Nova Scotia coming this summer. The company already has a presence in Alberta, British Columbia and Ontario.

“The interest in eXp Realty from Canadian agents has been phenomenal,” Deborah Stevens, eXp Realty’s director of Canadian brokerage operations said in a statement. “Canadian agents are forward-thinking and sharp, and see the tremendous value in eXp Realty’s technology, broker service and education programs.”

EXp Realty currently has a presence in all 50 U.S. states, as well, and boasts of an agent count north of 19,000. The company operates its agent training and offering collaboration tools through a virtual cloud campus with an interactive 3D world reminiscent of computer games such as Second Life.

The company also offers stock equity to its agents when they hit certain thresholds.

“EXp Realty also allows agents to build their own local businesses while having the opportunity to also establish an equity interest in its parent company, eXp World Holdings,” Stevens said.

In Saskatchewan, Dave Markus, formerly with Century 21 and the current president of the Association of Regina Realtors will serve as the administrative broker.

Donna Dalonzo, formerly with Keller Williams, will serve as the administrative broker for Quebec. Sandy McDonald, also formerly with Keller Williams, will serve as the administrative broker for Nova Scotia.
