With Intros, real people nurture leads from brokerage databases until they’re ready to be personally introduced to an agent.
MoxiWorks, a Seattle-based real estate technology startup owned by Windermere, Long & Foster and Howard Hanna, has launched Intros, a referral program that captures leads and uses real people to qualify and nurture leads until they’re ready to be introduced to an agent.
“It’s no secret that, as T3 Sixty estimates, lead conversion rate sits sub one percent in our industry,” MoxiWorks CEO York Baur said in a prepared statement. “However, when leads are processed carefully, and relationships are cultivated through nurturing them, conversion rates rise and brokerages can expect much happier agents, a better consumer experience and more closed transactions.”
With Intros, leads are culled from brokerage websites, third-party paid lead providers, MoxiWorks partners or existing databases. MoxiWorks handles the integration process, and if a brokerage uses MoxiWorks’ Moxi Websites platform, the leads are routed automatically into Intros.
From there, real people from MoxiWorks’ call center will qualify and nurture the leads until an introduction is made through a live, transfer phone call. After the call, Intros places leads directly into the agent’s Moxi Engage CRM for follow-up.
“Leads need love,” noted MoxiWorks VP of Strategic Initiatives Treves Hokama in a press release. “Cold internet leads require an agent to contact, qualify, and nurture many leads to discover one customer. Intros accomplishes this.”
MoxiWorks representatives declined to share the specific referral fee, but noted a fee is charged only when a transaction actually takes place.
“Our referral fee is very competitive and has been received positively by our pilot brokerages,” a MoxiWorks spokesperson said via email. “What makes the Intros pricing structure unique is that there are no up-front costs, thereby providing a risk-free method for driving new business.”
Intros is the eighth addition to the startup’s suite of proprietary products and can be used with QuantumDigital, a third-party marketing platform on MoxiWorks’ list of integrated partners.
“The new MoxiWorks Intros service is a well thought out lead qualification model that provides an excellent and consistent experience for both the participating agents and consumers,” said QuantumDigital Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer Eric Cosway in a statement.
“Our integrated and automated Just Listed and Just Sold geo-targeting Facebook lead ads and smart direct mailers help Intros target local neighborhood seller listing leads,” Cosway added. “We’re very excited to be the advertising and lead generation engine for this new innovative service and a component of the current overall MoxiWorks platform.”
