The luxury market is changing, and with change comes uncertainty. But that’s not a bad thing. In fact, agents should see it as quite the opposite.
And to be equipped to give that advice, agents must have three qualities that Inman calls the “IQs”: emotional intelligence, technology intelligence, and market intelligence. These areas collectively mean that agents need to have a deeper understanding of what their clients need and how to go deeper into the market than those clients could on their own.
