BridgeMLS is upgrading its public website property search site with Roomvo Inspire, an artificial intelligence-powered visualization tool that enables homebuyers, homesellers and agents to remodel rooms virtually. Inspire allows users to redecorate rooms with one click and do further customizations of wall paint, wallpaper, flooring and countertops.

“At bridgeMLS, our mission is to equip real estate professionals with the tools they need to succeed in an ever-evolving industry,” bridgeMLS CEO DaVina Lara said in a written statement. “Our partnership with Roomvo allows us to offer transformative technology that not only captivates buyers but also positions our members as leaders in innovation.”

Roomvo Inspire is available on all bridgeMLS listings and can be accessed by clicking the “restyle” button at the bottom of each listing photo. Users can do side-by-side comparisons of the original photo and their design, share their design on social media or via email, or download it to their photo album.

Roomvo said its Inspire tool leads to 170 percent more home tour requests, compared to listings without the Inspire integration.

“We’re thrilled to partner with bridgeMLS and bring our visualization technology to their network of real estate professionals,” Roomvo founder and CEO Pawel Rajszel said. “By empowering buyers to envision their future homes, we’re helping brokerages create standout listings that drive interest and boost sales.”

In an interview with Inman, Lara said early feedback from bridgeMLS members on the Roomvo integration has been positive. The tool, they said, differentiates listings and improves client engagement.

“Agents appreciate how easy it is to use and how it helps clients see a property’s full potential,” she said. “The Roomvo/Visualizer is proving to be a valuable tool in bridging the gap between imagination and reality, ultimately making the homebuying process more interactive and engaging.”

“At bridgeMLS, we are always looking for innovative ways to enhance the property search experience for our participant-subscribers, their clients and the public. Buyers often struggle to visualize how a property could look with different flooring, finishes and design elements,” she added. “By integrating Roomvo visualizer, we empower agents with a powerful tool that helps clients make more confident and informed decisions. This aligns with our mission to provide cutting-edge technology that streamlines the buying and selling processes.”
