A Century 21 North East spokesperson described the move as a significant milestone for the company.

“This is a big step for our company because Century 21 Celli has been a strong brand in the local Stoneham community, and it allows us to join forces with a powerful team of agents to grow our business in that market.”

Located just 10 miles north of Boston, Century 21 serves Stoneham and surrounding communities, including Melrose, Wakefield, Reading, Woburn and North Reading, Massachusetts.

The firm’s office is a member of MLS PIN, a multiple listing service in Massachusetts, covering 80 percent of the state, according to the firm’s website.
