EXp Realty is continuing its recruitment spree with the addition of the Tim Stout Group, a Georgia-based team with $70 million in 2024 sales volume.
The eponymous team’s founder, Tim Stout, started his real estate career in 2012 after leaving the world of mixed martial arts.

Stout established the Tim Stout Group while at RE/MAX and has grown the team through several moves to Keller Williams, Compass and True North Real Estate Advisors. Although another move wasn’t on the radar, eXp’s value proposition was impossible to resist, Stout said.
“I knew I was a hard worker and wanted to be rewarded for my dedication. Real estate was the perfect fit because it allows me to put in the work and see the results firsthand,” Stout said in a written statement.
“The more I learned, the more it made sense,” he added. “[EXp leader] Brandon [Brittingham] has built an incredible investing business, and proximity to leaders like him is the fastest way for me to grow. eXp’s model provides unmatched support, cutting-edge technology, and a collaborative environment that allows my team to scale while maintaining exceptional service.”
EXp CEO Leo Pareja said Stout exemplifies the “disciplined, high-performance leadership” the brokerage has focused on recruiting since adopting its “eXp is where the pros go to grow” mission.
“His relentless drive and focus on team growth align perfectly with our mission,” he said. “We are thrilled to welcome Tim and his team and look forward to supporting their continued success.”
Stout said he’s excited for his team’s next chapter as they expand their presence in Georgia and Tennessee.
“In fighting, success meant outmatching my opponent,” he said. “In real estate, success is about delivering the best service and results for my clients. Now, as a leader, my priority is ensuring my agents provide an unmatched experience.”
