The Minnesota-based RE/MAX Results has acquired the Chippewa Valley-based RE/MAX Affiliates, bringing on 28 additional agents to the firm with the deal. This will bring the total agent count of RE/MAX Results up to 1,163 agents, the firm said.
The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
“We’re excited to expand our presence in Wisconsin to help even more homebuyers achieve their dreams of homeownership,” RE/MAX Results President Suzanne Bushard said in a statement. “These agents bring valuable expertise and a reputation for exceptional client service to our brokerage.”
Former owners of RE/MAX Affiliates Kristy Tauger, Bob Ritsch and Krag Blomberg will serve as sales executives at RE/MAX Results while Martin Tauger will serve as managing broker.

Martin Tauger | RE/MAX Results
“Being acquired by a larger company provides our agents with better resources, broader opportunities and stronger company support,” Martin Tauger said in a statement sent to Inman. “Our agents’ success, growth and satisfaction were crucial in our decision to move forward with RE/MAX Results.”
RE/MAX Results was founded in 1986 and RE/MAX Affiliates was founded in 2007.
With the acquisition, RE/MAX Results expands into Wisconsin’s Chippewa Valley, which encompasses several counties in the Northwestern part of the state. RE/MAX Results also operates out of the Twin Cities, St. Cloud, Brainerd Lakes Area, Rochester, Duluth/Superior and Mankato. All offices will serve clients across residential, commercial, luxury and waterfront real estate needs, RE/MAX said.
Updates: This story was updated after publishing with a statement from Martin Tauger and to correct the total agent count of the combined firms to 1,163.
