Realty ONE Group International has scrapped its old platform and rebuilt it entirely, launching ZONE Pro, a proprietary artificial intelligence-powered system the California-based brokerage and franchisor says will become the central operating layer for its more than 20,000 agents across 450-plus offices worldwide.
The launch positions ZONE Pro not as a point solution but as an attempt to replace the patchwork of disconnected tools that define most agents’ daily workflows. The platform bundles an AI growth coach, a global referral network, an AI support bot called “ROGer,” a vendor marketplace, and a training calendar into a single dashboard.
“Agents today are overwhelmed by disconnected tools and manual workflows,” Kuba Jewgieniew, CEO and founder of Realty ONE Group, said in a statement. “ZONE Pro brings everything together into one intelligent ecosystem designed to help professionals grow faster and operate more efficiently.”
A ’24/7 strategic business partner’
The centerpiece feature is an AI Growth Coach that Jewgieniew describes as a “24/7 strategic business partner” that analyzes market data, generates hyper-personalized lead generation strategies, and creates daily action steps for revenue growth.
Jewgieniew told Inman the tool functions as a business-planning layer from an agent’s first day on the platform: setting goals, tracking progress, and surfacing market insights that inform actionable steps.
“This, combined with our exceptional coaching, is just another key to their success,” Jewgieniew said.
Jewgieniew said they rebuilt the platform and went proprietary because it “allows us to personalize our cutting-edge ecosystem with our trademark COOLTURE (cool + culture), aligning everything we do with our brand and our 6C values.”
“Building our own systems also allows us to specifically cater to the needs of our real estate professionals and leaders, based on their direct input and feedback, because everyone at Realty ONE Group has a voice,” he said.
Agent adoption depends on value
The launch of ZONE Pro further signals that building proprietary AI platforms has become a brokerage retention strategy, not just a productivity play.
Jewgieniew said that what Realty ONE Group built “isn’t just a feature or a layer, but a cutting-edge digital ecosystem that’s deeply connected to our business model, our global network, and our COOLTURE.”
“Moreover, our approach of rebuilding our own system allowed us to build with AI in mind, which, as we all know, has leveled the playing field, giving us and everyone access to capabilities that once required large teams and big budgets,” he told Inman. “We’ve always been known for being fast and nimble, yet sophisticated and innovative with our technology.”
As for getting Realty ONE Group agents to adopt the platform, Jewgieniew said that “adoption depends on the value you’re providing.”
“If you can save agents time, lower their costs, and help them generate more revenue, they’ll use the platform,” he said. “ZONE Pro does all three.”
Jewgieniew added that they have made it significantly easier for agents to track their business and sync data across other platforms. ZONE Pro also gives them access to their preferred vendor group and discounted services through the ONE Marketplace, and it opens up new opportunities through their global referral network, which is now in nearly 30 countries and growing.
A ‘meaningful differentiator’
ZONE Pro was designed to strengthen Realty ONE Group’s value proposition, according to Jewgieniew.
“We’re giving them a powerful, AI-driven platform that guides our professionals to more revenue, and that’s a meaningful differentiator,” he said. “It’s part of a bigger story: our model, our support, our COOLTURE, but it’s absolutely a key component of what makes us one of the fastest-growing franchisors today.”
Jewgieniew stressed that “any agent, regardless of how they view AI, can benefit from the ZONE Pro improvements because AI is layered on top of the platform and isn’t a single feature.”
“The platform brings together everything from referrals and training to reporting and support into one place, so even agents who choose not to actively engage with the AI tools can still benefit from a more efficient, centralized system,” he said. “The AI enhances the experience. Our goal is to meet agents where they are and give them tools that make sense for how they want to work, while still helping them operate faster and more effectively overall.”
The company has begun rolling ZONE Pro out across its entire global network.
“Our focus is on making sure everyone has access and can start benefiting from the platform right away,” Jewgieniew said.
