Inman handed out its Golden I Club awards Tuesday at Inman Connect San Diego, honoring the agents, teams and properties that defined the high end of the real estate market over the past year.
The awards spanned sales performance, marketing execution and technology, with winners in beach, mountain and city sale categories anchored by eight-figure and, in two cases, nine-figure closings.
Best Mountain Sale went to a $120 million sale of the St. Benedict’s Monastery property in Snowmass, Colorado — Ken and Haley Mirr, Mirr Ranch Group, with Michael Latousek, Douglas Elliman.
Best Beach Sale went to the $72 million sale of 43 East Dune Lane in East Hampton, New York — Terry Cohen of Compass, along with Chris Covert and Adam Modlin of the Modlin Group Hamptons.
Best City Sale went to the sale of Spelling Manor, one of Los Angeles’ largest mansions, for $110 million — Drew Fenton, CEO, Carolwood Estates
Best Sales and Marketing Campaign for a Property went to The Agency for its efforts at the David Lynch Compound in Los Angeles.
Best Sales and Marketing Campaign for a New Development went to Tiffany McQuaid, SERHANT. for The Grove Bayshore in Naples, Florida.
Top Luxury Tech Tool went to Agent Image.
Top Luxury Agent had two winners this year: Gary Pohrer at SERHANT. and Martha Johnson at Aperture Global Real Estate, Big Sky.
Top Luxury Team was the Jills Zeder Group at Coldwell Banker.
Top Luxury Brokerage went to Sotheby’s International Realty.
