Rechat’s invitation-only user community has grown to more than 2,000 members across 178 brokerages in the few months since it launched this summer, the company said Thursday, adding roughly 175 new members a week.

House of Rechat, as the group is called, connects agents, brokers, team leads, and marketing and tech staff who use the Rechat platform directly with the company’s product team and with each other. Clair Barha, Head of Community and Advocacy at Rechat, leads the user community.

Membership is tied to a verified Rechat account, so every member is an active customer, not a prospect. Brokerages already on the platform include The Agency, SERHANT., ONE Sotheby’s International Realty and Nest Realty.

The community runs on a monthly calendar. It features live calls with Rechat’s founder and product team, biweekly guest-speaker sessions, feature previews ahead of public release, and themed months built around topics like lead conversion and pipeline growth.

For brokerages, it functions as an extension of onboarding and a standing channel for training and peer support rather than a one-time rollout.

“We are seeing the biggest shift real estate has been through since the internet. Nobody wants to go through that alone,” said Shayan Hamidi, founder and CEO of Rechat. “The agents and brokers who win the next three years will be the ones who focus on relationships, in person. AI is the workforce that makes the time for it. House of Rechat is our members in the same room with the people building the product, figuring out the future together.”

Guest speakers so far have included Katy Borja, director of marketing at Dickson Realty, and two from Surterre Properties: Vice President Alicia Mendez and Marketing and Technology Strategist Kamerly Tyler, whose August session covered database re-engagement and relationship marketing.

“The value of House of Rechat has been the exchange of ideas and the willingness of the community to help one another,” Borja said. “That collaboration gives us new ways to think about how we can better support our agents and help them get more from the technology.”

The move fits a broader pattern among proptech vendors. As platforms consolidate more of an agent’s daily workflow, the company that owns the software has an incentive to also own the community and feedback loop around it.

Rechat says it’s shipped more than 400 custom feature requests this year, a pipeline the company credits partly to the community’s direct line to product staff.

Members can join House of Rechat through the Support menu inside the Rechat app or at https://help.rechat.com/the-house-of-rechat. Access is limited to verified Rechat users.
