The leaves are falling, the weather is cooling, and pumpkins are everywhere. It’s fall, which means the summer real estate reality TV slump is officially over and all the good drama is heading back to the streamers. Grab your pumpkin spice latte, pick up the remote, and get ready: Here’s what to watch this season, plus what’s coming once the new year hits.

Real estate reality TV: Fall 2026

Real Housewives of Orange County

RHOC is midway through Season 20. Katie Gisela and Gretchen Rossi exited after last season, leaving Shannon Storms Beador, Heather Dubrow, Tamra Judge, Emily Simpson, Jennifer Pedranti and resident real estate agent Gina Kirschenheiter.

“OG of the OC” Vicki Gunvalson got her orange back for Season 20 after being on pause or a “friend of” for six seasons (read: not a full-fledged cast member).

Carmella Garcia, a developer broker associate for The Oppenheim Group with $100 million in career sales, according to her bio, is the newcomer this season. She previously had a career as a Playboy Playmate, was featured on four episodes of The Girls Next Door as Playmate of the Year in 2004 and wrestled for WWE.

But the drama isn’t between the real estate agents — well, not really. There’s a moment where Kirschenheiter questions why longtime friend Dubrow chose Garcia to help her child find an apartment, but who hasn’t lost a deal from a friend at some point? No, the drama with this newcomer comes from Gunvalson, who can never quite resist hazing the newbie. We’ll be watching to see how it all plays out.

New episodes air Thursdays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo.

Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test

If you’ve ever wondered how celebrities would fare in the Malaysian jungle, getting shouted at by a drill sergeant while doing military-level physical challenges and bunking up together, this is the show for you.

Season 5 features Candace Cameron Bure, Brandi Glanville, Oliver Hudson, Ruby Rose, George Santos, Bre Tiesi, and Alexia and Mauricio Umansky, among others.

The season just kicked off, but look for an interview with Mauricio and Alexia Umansky on their Special Forces experience later this month.

New episodes air Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Fox.

The Traitors: New Blood

Scottish actor and icon Alan Cumming hosts a murder-mystery set in a Scottish Highlands castle with 22 Regular Joe strangers trying to prove that they’re faithful to the group, or dissuade others from believing they’re traitors, in an intense game of treachery and deceit for $250,000. This season, two real estate agents are in the mix, and we’re all in.

Mississippi-based Kriste Lewis made a big splash at the first roundtable when she spoke up with information about who the traitor was — that was completely wrong. Will it jeopardize her credibility?

Tennessee-based commercial agent Logan Smith auditioned for the show at the behest of his fiancé, and he’s competing to pay for their wedding.

“That is the reason why I want to win the money so bad. Is because at the end of the day I’m a small kinda fella, I’m not a real estate mogul, and I want to give her a wedding she deserves. You know she is my best friend, that is why I’m here. She is why I’m here — literally,” Smith told Nashville’s WSMV.

Both agents kept their professions a secret from the other contestants. After all, lying is a massive part of the game, so why give away your edge? But win or lose, they’ll both walk away with a once-in-a-lifetime experience and perhaps a referral or two.

“I now have a Tennessee referral if I ever need to send any commercial business to Tennessee,” Lewis told Realtor.com. “And I hope he knows he’s got a residential agent in Mississippi just awaitin’.”

New episodes air Thursdays at 8 p.m. ET on NBC.

Still Flipping Out

Love him or hate him (or maybe it’s a little bit of both?), Jeff Lewis is back on Bravo after Flipping Out ended in 2018 because Bravo executives thought the show couldn’t go on after he parted ways with co-star and long-time employee Jenni Pulos, according to Lewis.

Now he’s back, sans Pulos, on a new show with a familiar name. The show still focuses on his design career, but also adds the demands and relationships that come with his two-hour daily SiriusXM show on Radio Andy. The “chumps,” his rotating roster of co-hosts, will be featured heavily, and that list includes names like actor Jamie Kennedy, former Real Housewife of Beverly Hills Crystal Kung Minkoff,  Real Housewife of Orange County Shannon Storms Beador, Shahs of Sunset’s Reza Farahan and Mercedes Javid, and Million Dollar Listing LA’s Josh Flagg and Tracy Tutor.

Watch for guest appearances, fabulous design and controlled chaos.

New episodes air Mondays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.

Selling Sunset

We don’t know the exact release date for Season 10 yet because Netflix plays it close to the chest, but last season dropped Oct. 29, and the cadence has been pretty consistent over the years.

Last season ended on a sour note for most of the cast. The result? More than half of the cast isn’t coming back. That includes Chrishell Stause, Nicole Young, Chelsea Lazkani, Emma Hernan, Mary Bonnet, Alanna Gold and Sandra Vergara.

Who’s left? Amanza Smith, Bre Tiesi, Brett Oppenheim and Jason Oppenheim. Also returning for the season are former villain Christine Quinn and real estate sweetheart Heather Rae El Moussa.

Inman spoke to Mary Bonnet just after the news of her departure broke. Here’s what she had to say.

The Traitors

Season 6 of The Traitors will return to its celebrity format in early 2027, with 23 actors, influencers and reality TV favorites, such as actress Kristin Chenoweth, Southern Charm‘s Craig Conover, Real Housewife of Potomac Gizelle Bryant, Next Gen NYC’s Emira D’Spain, Real Housewife of Salt Lake City Bronwyn Newport, Real Housewife of Atlanta Cynthia Bailey, The Secret Lives of Morman Wives’ Whitney Leavitt and more.

But we’re excited about Tennessee-based REMAX Experts agent Q Burdette. After competing twice on Survivor, we’ll be watching to see how he brings his real estate skills and Survivor tricks to the castle.

Million Dollar Secret

Reminiscent of The Traitors, Million Dollar Secret is hosted by British comedian Peter Serafinowicz. One player is given a box with $1 million. If they can keep their identity a secret until the end of the season, they win the cash.

Season 3 will feature celebrity contestants, including Summer House’s West Wilson, actress and comedian Bridgette Everett, and actor David Arquette.

But we’ll be watching to see how Selling Sunset star Christine Quinn’s villain persona performs when $1 million is on the line.

Netflix is expected to release Season 3 in 2027.

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills

Newcomer and author of Rich as F*ck: More Money Than You Know What to Do With, Amanda Frances, is out after a turbulent Season 15.

Her replacement? Actress Leah Remini and Million Dollar Listing LA star Tracy Tutor will join Kyle Richards, Erika Jayne, Dorit Kemsley, Sutton Stracke, Bozoma Saint John and Rachel Zoe.

Will Mauricio Umansky and Kyle Richards finally get divorced? Will Tracy Tutor get along with the cast? Who is Hunky Dory? These are just a few of the questions we hope get answered this season.
