Inman today named the nominees for its 2026 Best of Proptech Awards. Winners will be announced Thursday, Oct. 29.
This is the first year Inman has combined its Best of Proptech and Best of AI honors into one program. The categories cover residential real estate tech, from mortgage and lending to construction, transactions, data and AI.
The 126 nominees span 21 categories, including Best Overall Proptech of the Year, Proptech Startup of the Year, Best AI-Native Startup, Responsible & Ethical AI Award and Proptech Founder / Visionary of the Year.
Nominees for Best Overall Proptech of the Year are 100, BrokerBot (Ribera AI), Cotality, Epique Realty, Luxury Presence and MoxiWorks.
“We folded our AI awards into Best of Proptech this year because the two had stopped being separate conversations,” said Tom Bohn, CEO of Inman. “Almost every company on this list uses AI somewhere in its product. What we wanted to recognize is the work that saves an agent, a lender or a buyer real time.”
