Martin Kelly, president of Blueprint, will receive the Real Estate Innovation & Leadership Award at the 2026 RED Residential Awards, the program announced Tuesday.
Kelly will be honored at the awards gala on Oct. 28 at Club 101, 101 Park Avenue, in New York City, alongside real estate developers, investors, brokers and architects from the New York market.

RED Awards organizers said Kelly is being recognized for his entrepreneurial vision and forward-looking approach to real estate, describing him as part of a new generation of leaders challenging traditional approaches to the business.
“Thank you very much, RED Awards, for recognizing how special Blueprint is in helping to push forward innovation in the built world,” Kelly said on LinkedIn. “Behind any brand, there is a team (Tina Poisl, Gretchen Gustafson, Ally Aldridge, Shelby Schlaepfer, Vince Kennedy, and all the Inman folks who do so much) working tirelessly and a community that is invested in how we shape the future of real estate and construction. Thank you to all who have helped shaped Blueprint over the years and continue to!”
The RED Awards, which hold galas in New York and Miami, call themselves among the industry’s most exclusive honors and say they’ve sold out 13 consecutive events.
The organization says an independent advisory board of industry veterans chooses winners through a confidential process, and not by popular vote. Categories span residential and commercial real estate, architecture, hospitality, media and global impact.
Blueprint is an event company and digital platform whose mission is to help transform the future of the built world. The company’s annual event is held in Las Vegas, its weekly newsletter is called The Print, and last year, it launched a deep-dive operational intelligence subscription called Insights by Blueprint.
Blueprint was acquired by Inman and Beringer Capital in October 2024.
The company’s most recent conference ran Sept. 22–24 at The Venetian in Las Vegas, bringing more than 3,000 attendees, including real estate and construction executives, proptech startup founders and investors.
Next year, the conference will be held Oct. 26-28, 2027, also at The Venetian.
