Jessica Thiefels has been writing for more than 10 years, starting as a student journalist in college. She spent the last five years in content and social media marketing, managing content, email marketing, social media accounts and strategy. She has worked for every type of business, from small startups to large corporations, and uses her varied experiences to help others improve their marketing and content efforts. She has since taken a step back from her most recent senior marketing role to focus on writing.
