I'm not happy unless I'm busy helping people. As the founder of the BRIX Group, I work as a real estate agent with eXp Realty in the western suburbs of Chicago, and as a marketing consultant to teams and brokerages. I also volunteer at service organizations in my local community, where I contribute to social media programs and fundraising. After Director of the Swanepoel T3 Fellows program, I helped develop, market and conduct a year-long education and management development program for independent brokers and branded teams with sales volume from $30 to $100 million. I am honored to have been recognized three times by Inman News as one of the 100 Most Influential Leaders in Real Estate. In 2015 I was named as one of the Swanepoel Power 200's Twenty Most Influential Social Media Leaders in real estate. I have served on technology advisory boards, including the Zillow Agent Advisory Board, the DocuSign Executive Advisory Board, and the Realtor.com Agent Match Advisory Board. Before turning to real estate, I worked in management consulting and technology marketing for ten years. As Director of Marketing for the Foundation software division of Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), I developed product strategy and launched software products in over 30 countries.
