What is unique about your business model? Deep data. PropertyShark has compiled a high volume of information available on commercial and residential properties. This goes beyond the last sale price and date to provide zoning, permits, violations, liens, air rights, nearby toxic sites, taxes, title history, recent sales comparables, layered maps, U.S. Census data, and owner’s name. The company seeks to provide every piece of information available from hundreds of sources about every property (whether listed or not).

What’s unique or interesting about your office? The company is based in hipster Brooklyn (Williamsburg) and surrounded by musicians and artists.

Unique office traditions and rituals: Because PropertyShark has an office in Cluj, Romania, the company has a tradition of most employees flying back and forth between the New York and Romanian office for several weeks at a time to break down the cross-Atlantic geographic barriers and work face to face.

Employees’ favorite nearby restaurant: Recently opened Urban Rustic is a new favorite of the office.
