The new deal will allow Landing, a flexible living platform, to add 1,000 new units across its Autopilot program, which provides furnished, flexible living spaces for multifamily buildings
Branded 'AutoPilot,' the new product gives Landing customers the option to use the company’s network as a customer base, for furnishing units, marketing vacancies and assisting tenants
The program allows users to book open-ended stays and requires no multi-month commitment. It was announced a little less than a year after Landing secured $125M in funding
The Series C funding round comes amid a spurt of aggressive growth from the company, which claims to have seen its membership increase 380% over the past year
Since launching in late 2019, the company has raised $180M in funding and has expanded to a total of 75 US cities
New member enrollment at Landing, a flexible living company with a leasing model for fully furnished apartments across the US, soared 210% month over month in May
The company launched last fall and allows people to easily move between properties it operates in 9 US cities
