The Realtor Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach is looking for a new CEO, after parting ways with Terry Penza, who’d taken the job in March after 24 years with the Illinois-based North Shore-Barrington Association of Realtors in Illinois.
While there have been disagreements about the Fort Myers Association joining three neighboring associations in Southwest Florida to form a single MLS powered by the CoreLogic Matrix system, Penza told the News-Press (Fort Myers) that differences in management styles were to blame for her brief tenure.
