A 37-story condo tower going up in downtown Miami will have no parking garage, which will make the 352 units in the building more affordable to young urban buyers who are happy taking public transit or using bike- and car-sharing programs, World Property Channel reports.

There are clearly costs associated with owning your own parking space in a major metro area — two spaces in Boston recently sold at auction for $560,000, and a spot in San Francisco sold for $82,000. Source: worldpropertychannel.com.
