Honolulu police have charged a suspect with second-degree murder in the stabbing death of Happy Hawaii Homes LLC principal broker Mary Beth San Juan.

The suspect, Vernon Baker, used the address of the home where San Juan’s body was discovered last week as an address for a parking ticket he received years ago, KITV.com reports. Source: kitv.com.
