Thousands of would-be homebuyers in Vietnam are wondering if the projects they bought into will ever be completed, as a growing number of developers disappear from view or are arrested by police, VietnamNet reports. Troubled projects include Tricon Tower, Hanoi Time Tower, Linh Nam, Hesco Van Quan and Labonita.
