StreetEasy’s former head of research of communications, Sofia Song — one of a half-dozen execs to leave company or be laid off after Zillow acquired StreetEasy for $50 million in August — has been hired by startup brokerage Urban Compass, The Real Deal’s Adam Pincus reports.

Song told Pincus she’ll be building consumer- and industry-facing reports using Urban Compass data when she starts her new position, head of research and external affairs, Feb. 3. Source: therealdeal.com.
